- 5-10+ years of work experience. Your career has come up through the Developer ranks with plenty of hands-on experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- Recent track record of delivering modern web solutions using agile methods.
- Experience using a wide array of modern technologies including .NET / C#, ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, ReactJS, Web API, REST, JavaScript, Xamarin, native iOS and Android, Azure, Google, AWS, and more.
- Team lead and mentoring experience
- Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, which enable you to engage with customers and your team in a confident and enjoyable manner.
- Enjoys staying up-to-date on modern software development technology and architectures
- Desires hands-on experience with a team where they can make a difference, every day
- Participates in local and regional meetups and events
- Considers consulting across a wide domain of clients and cutting edge technology a key ingredient to job satisfaction
- Continuous learner who has recently read (or listened to) material related to the field of software development
