Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules to align with business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze system configurations, and manage system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Act as the main liaison between technical teams and business units, providing documentation, training, and ongoing support.
  • Lead and mentor junior analysts, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of system improvements.
  • Stay current with PeopleSoft enhancements and identify opportunities to optimize system functionality.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
  • 5-7 years of progressive systems analyst experience with a focus on PeopleSoft ERP modules, particularly PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
  • Proven experience with PeopleSoft data tables, system configurations, Applications Engine, Query Manager, and SQL scripting.
  • Solid understanding of the higher education environment, including college organization, goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong technical proficiency with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules and ERP system integrations.
  • Expertise in database query writing (SQL), reporting, and systems configuration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot complex issues.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or Finance modules is a plus.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft security, application maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).
