Primary Responsibilities
- Configure and manage PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules to align with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze system configurations, and manage system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Act as the main liaison between technical teams and business units, providing documentation, training, and ongoing support.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of system improvements.
- Stay current with PeopleSoft enhancements and identify opportunities to optimize system functionality.
