Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices, coding standards, and new technologies.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and web services, with a focus on AWS environments.
• Ensure efficient data interchange formats using JSON and XML.
• Implement and manage messaging systems, including JMS and other methodologies, to facilitate communication between distributed applications.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code in at least one of the following languages: .NET/C#, Go (Golang), C/C++, Java, or NodeJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions.
• Utilize version control systems such as Bitbucket, Git, SourceTree, and CVS to manage code and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, driving projects to successful completion.
• Deep understanding of transaction formats, REST APIs, and web services, particularly within AWS.
• Advanced hands-on experience with relevant programming languages (.NET/C#, Go, C/C++, Java, NodeJS).
• Proficiency in version control tools such as Bitbucket, Git, SourceTree, and CVS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of addressing complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
