Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale production data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and integration.
• Develop and manage data lakes in AWS, ensuring robust data storage and accessibility.
• Utilize Python, SQL, Redshift, and AWS services to build and optimize data solutions.
• Integrate diverse data sources and ensure seamless data flow within AWS environments.
• Lead data engineering projects, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members in best practices and emerging technologies.
• Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering, and adapt to new programming languages, technologies, and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience building and operating large-scale production data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Redshift, and AWS.
• Competence in creating and managing data lakes and integrating data using AWS technologies.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• A strong passion for data solutions and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and frameworks.

• Experience with AWS Glue, Snowflake, and other data integration and management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of data lake architectures and data warehousing solutions.
• Experience leading data engineering teams or projects.
