We are seeking a senior Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Data Governance and Data Quality who can effectively play a Product Owner role. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with data quality tools, strong SQL skills, and the ability to lead data initiatives while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives
- Lead requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- Design and oversee data quality frameworks, rules, and metrics
- Perform data profiling, data analysis, and root cause analysis
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and reporting
- Collaborate with ETL and data engineering teams to resolve data quality issues
- Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance standards and policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to data management and quality teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in DG & DQ (Data Governance and Data Quality)
- Proven ability to work as a Product Owner
- Advanced SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or similar DQ tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in data management, data governance, or data quality
- Prior experience in a lead or consultant role
- Demonstrated leadership in data-focused initiatives
