Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze current and future business processes; recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
• Support project management, testing, and UAT activities.
• Work with ERP/merchandising systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail, Blue Yonder) and planning/forecasting tools.
• Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years supporting IT systems, processes, or enterprise capabilities.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong process mapping, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with application development, SDLC, wireframing tools, and ERP/merchandising systems.
• Knowledge of import logistics and tariff law is a plus.
