Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the grooming, refinement, and demo sessions in collaboration with POD BSAs.
• Ensure all backlog items are complete with accurate fields for reporting and tracking, including dependencies and readiness states.
• Monitor and maintain the status of all fields within ADO for effective reporting and tracking.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are met.
• Handle change management, including re-prioritization of tasks and backlog items based on evolving needs.
• Provide support for testing, production issues, and change requests as needed.
• Execute Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, taking on responsibilities of both Scrum Master and Product Owner as required.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth and effective processes.
• Collaborate with other POD BAs to ensure consistency across the program and address any ongoing concerns.
• Ensure that backlog items and priorities are consistently aligned with program and business goals.
• Understand and update user tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW) as required for incident and request management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead BSA/Product Owner in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
• General understanding of microservices, cloud technologies, and integrated applications.
• Proficiency in managing Azure DevOps (ADO) and maintaining a clean backlog.
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticket management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle internal and external communication effectively.
• Experience with change management and providing support for testing and production issues.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive program initiatives and ensure alignment with program objectives.
