Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules: Projects, Financials, SCM, Procurement, and HCM.
• Design integrations with engineering tools (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoDesk) and legacy systems using OIC and Oracle Cloud PaaS.
• Define and manage data migration strategies for large-scale ERP transformations.
• Build custom applications, reports, and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI/ADFDi.
• Ensure ERP solutions support project costing, subcontractor billing, resource planning, and contract management.
• Oversee security design, audit compliance, and role-based access aligned with EPC structures.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with operational needs.
• Stay up to date on Oracle Cloud updates and EPC best practices, driving continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP experience, with 3+ years on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of EPC operations and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Oracle OIC, APIs, BI tools, and Oracle PaaS development.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional delivery within fast-paced project environments.
