Key Responsibilities

• Desktop Support: Provide L2+ support for Windows 10 and 7 desktops, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Lab Equipment Support: Support pharmaceutical equipment such as spectrometers, chronometers, and other lab instruments.
• GxP & GMP Knowledge: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GxP).
• IT Infrastructure Support: Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including Anti-virus, Active Directory (AD), and Asset Management systems.
• Medical Instruments: Assist with the integration and connection of medical instruments (e.g., plate readers, spectrometers) to desktop systems.

Must Have

• Strong experience in Windows Desktop Support (Windows 10/7).
• Proficient in desktop hardware troubleshooting at L2+ level.
• Experience in providing IT support in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical equipment (e.g., spectrometers, chronometers).
• Strong understanding of GxP and GMP processes.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (Anti-virus, AD, Asset Management).

Good to Have

• Experience supporting Lace Box and Empower Systems.
• Familiarity with medical instrument connections to desktops.
• Exposure to instruments like plate readers, spectrometers, and calibrators (e.g., Waters, Agilent).
