Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage macOS systems, including using sudo commands and configuring network settings.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and participate in the software development life cycle to ensure product quality.
• Triage technical issues, escalate them as necessary, and collaborate with other teams to resolve them effectively.
• Communicate findings and influence stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and fix problems.
