Primary Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Layer 2/3 routing, wireless networks, Cisco PBX, and related Cisco protocols (CCNA certification required).
• Configure and deploy network hardware (e.g., switches), perform TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, and POE configurations, and use Wireshark for packet capturing.
• Manage server hardware and software, including Windows Server 2016/2012, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, File Shares, and Print Servers.
• Maintain SAN/NAS and backup systems.
• Provide Smart Hands support for remote teams, escalate issues, and manage third-party vendors for issue resolution.
• Support IT cabling, infrastructure planning, and data center maintenance (e.g., UPS, HVAC, power management).

Required Experience/Skills

• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, including LAN, WAN, and wireless.
• Expertise in server management (Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, SCCM).
• Hands-on experience with data center hardware (rack servers, fiber, switches, storage).
• Experience with network troubleshooting, packet capturing, and performance analysis tools like Wireshark.
• Familiarity with IT cabling, infrastructure design, and site management (e.g., power, cooling).
• Experience supporting and configuring SAN/NAS and backup systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco CCNA certification.
• Experience with Server 2012/2016 security and policy management.
