Primary Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Layer 2 & Layer 3 Routing, Cisco Wireless Networks, and Cisco PBX. Proficiency in TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs, POE, and network protocols.
• Assist with IT cabling, infrastructure planning/design, and network traffic analysis. Experience in switch configuration/deployment and port management.
• Data Center Management: Manage server room operations, including hardware installations (Rack Servers, Fiber, switches, etc.), and oversee Power/UPS, HVAC, and cabling systems.
• Administer Windows Server OS (2016), including DHCP, DNS, Print Servers, File Shares, and Microsoft SCCM. Perform server hardware maintenance
• Provide on-site support for remote teams, managing 3rd party vendor issues and escalations.
• Support server, storage, and backup systems, including SAN/NAS and backup libraries.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and refresh of network and server infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Cisco CCNA certification with experience in Cisco routing, switching, and wireless networks.
• Experience with packet capturing (e.g., Wireshark).
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, storage systems, and server OS management.
• Data center experience including hardware setup and environmental controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot, administer, and support network/server infrastructure.
