Roles and Responsibilities

• Solutioning and implementation experience of medium to large projects on the kore.ai platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Design and develop intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.Al platform.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance conversational capabilities.
• Integrate chatbots with various enterprise systems and third-party APIs. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Kore.Al solutions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational Al. 

 Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kore.Al Developer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java. or Node.is  
• Experience in integrating chatbots with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Integration experience in WebServices using REST, and SOAP.
• Kore. Al certification is a plus. 
• Strong application development experience ideally with any of the following: Java, Java Script, Node.Js, Python, .NET, etc.
• Kore.ai Knowledge along with Al, NLP, ML, and Chatbots implementation experience.
• Knowledge of various Auth processes, and Node JS is an added advantage.
