KOFAX Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of automation solutions using Kofax Total Agility (KTA) and Kofax Capture.
• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Architect scalable and high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and external system integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Manage and mentor junior developers and guide technical deliverables.
• Work with cloud-based environments, particularly AWS-hosted applications.
• Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence for agile delivery and documentation.
• Explore and implement AI-driven enhancements, including prompt engineering where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Kofax Total Agility (KTA).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Kofax Capture.
• 8+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with AWS-hosted applications.
• Strong experience in API development and system integration (RESTful services).
• Basic experience in AI concepts, including prompt engineering (minimum 1 year).
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Experience in designing distributed and scalable enterprise applications.
• Exposure to intelligent automation, OCR, and document processing solutions.
