Kinaxis Solution Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions aligned with business and supply chain requirements
• Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and optimization projects
• Configure and customize Kinaxis applications including data models, workflows, scenarios, and dashboards
• Collaborate closely with business users, supply chain planners, functional consultants, and technical teams
• Analyze supply chain planning processes and recommend industry best practices and solution improvements
• Design and support data integration between Kinaxis and enterprise ERP systems
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, analysts, and functional consultants
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and optimize solution performance
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across planning models
• Develop technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides
• Support user training and knowledge transfer sessions for business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (implementation and configuration)
• Proven experience in supply chain planning solutions (demand, supply, inventory, or S&OP processes)
• Experience in end-to-end solution architecture and enterprise implementation projects
• Strong understanding of data modeling, planning logic, and workflow design in Kinaxis
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to supply chain planning scenarios
• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving business and technical teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale supply chain transformation programs
• Knowledge of integration tools and data pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise applications
• Exposure to advanced planning concepts such as demand forecasting and scenario planning
