Kinaxis Development Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Development Engineer with strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro to design, develop, configure, and support supply chain planning solutions. The role will focus on delivering scalable planning capabilities, integrating enterprise data, and driving continuous improvements across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Develop and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions, including workbooks, worksheets, dashboards, metrics, and planning resources.
* Design, develop, and support integrations between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
* Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
* Create application architecture and architectural diagrams for Kinaxis solutions.
* Support application rearchitecting and modernization initiatives as required.
* Perform development, testing, SIT/UAT support, and production deployments.
* Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide ongoing production support.
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Supply Chain teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain planning processes and solutions.

Required Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro development and authoring.
* Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Production Planning.
* Strong understanding of S&OP/SIOP processes and supply chain planning concepts.
* Experience with application architecture, application rearchitecting, and architectural diagrams.
* Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL, and integration concepts.
* Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
* Familiarity with Agile development, DevOps, testing, release management, and deployment processes.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro certification.
* Experience with enterprise supply chain planning implementations.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Education

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
