Responsibilities

• Manage and track service requests through their lifecycle
• Prioritize and assign tasks using DevOps tools (e.g., ADO, Jira)
• Monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of requests
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders for status updates
• Support continuous improvement of Kanban processes

Qualifications

• Experience in service request or IT service management
• Strong knowledge of Kanban and Agile methodologies (certification required within 3 months)
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Proficient in DevOps software (ADO, Jira, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Preferred

• Background in IT or technical environments
• Experience creating user stories and tasks
