Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Kafka-based streaming data pipelines and messaging solutions to meet business needs.
• Configure, deploy, and monitor Kafka clusters to ensure high availability and scalability of data streaming services.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Determine user needs and requirements, recommending improvements to existing systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirements and deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track system issues, serving as a liaison between users and the engineering/development teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Kafka.
• Proven experience in designing and managing Kafka-based data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Kafka architecture and its ecosystem.
• Experience in configuring, deploying, and monitoring Kafka clusters.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
