Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage Juniper routers and switches, and Aruba ClearPass and Wireless solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to authentication, authorization, encryption, roaming, QoS, and security.
• Monitor and analyze network performance using Aruba and Juniper tools.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for network optimization and security.
• Perform Wi-Fi surveys, create heat maps, and ensure wireless coverage and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with Juniper networking technologies, including routing, switching, and data center solutions.
• Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN, and VPN technologies.
• Expertise in Aruba networking, including ClearPass, Mobility Controllers, Aruba Central, and Instant APs.
• Proficiency in Quality of Service (QoS), ACLs, IPSec, IDS/IPS, Web Security, and Malware Prevention.
• Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox), and load balancing (F5 GTM/LTM).
• Experience with SDN, SD-WAN (Aruba, SilverPeak), and network automation concepts.
• Familiarity with network security practices, device hardening, and vulnerability assessments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network performance tools, Wi-Fi site surveys, and RF optimization.
• Exposure to SIEM systems, Firewalls, and structured cabling design.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
