Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, scripting, and basic development tasks under supervision.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document new features or improvements.
  • Monitor system stability and performance, conducting regular maintenance tasks.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Document workflows, processes, and system configurations to maintain clear records.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow, preferably in an administrative or support role.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or SQL
