Job Description

We are seeking a Junior SAP EWM/WM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Warehouse Management (WM) solutions. This role works closely with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and senior consultants to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and support end-to-end warehouse processes.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations, supply chain, IT, and product teams to understand warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment).
  • Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements, process flows, and SAP configuration needs.
  • Support SAP EWM/WM configuration activities under guidance, including warehouse structure, storage types/bins, process types, and basic warehouse control settings.
  • Participate in testing activities including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support issue resolution by assisting in incident analysis, defect tracking, and root cause analysis.
  • Perform data validation across master data and transactional data to ensure system consistency.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, test results, and process changes aligned with SAP delivery standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes using SAP EWM/WM capabilities.
  • Gradually build expertise and take ownership of assigned SAP functional workstreams.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Basic understanding of SAP EWM and/or SAP WM concepts (or strong interest in learning warehouse management systems).
  • Ability to analyze warehouse operations and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow structured SAP implementation, testing, and support processes.
  • Eagerness to learn SAP configuration, consulting practices, and supply chain operations through hands-on experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Internship, co-op, or early-career experience in SAP, warehouse operations, supply chain, or application support is a plus.
