Administer and maintain the Atlassian Cloud Suite, including JIRA Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Compass, Atlas, Jira Align, Jira Product Discovery, and Jira Automation.
Manage migration projects and ensure the successful configuration of Atlassian products to meet organizational needs.
Develop and implement integrations using REST APIs to enhance functionality and streamline processes across Atlassian products.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather user requirements, identify problem statements, and perform fit/gap analysis for functional design.
Support ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.
Utilize scripting and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Maintain knowledge of networking concepts including firewalls, VPNs, routing, load balancers, security, and DNS.
Oversee containerization initiatives, specifically utilizing Kubernetes for deployment and management.
Engage in software development activities in the cloud, contributing to product development and implementation.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Jira and Confluence functionalities.
Stay updated on new Atlassian features, tools, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Science or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in the migration, administration, configuration, development, and support of Atlassian cloud products in a large-scale enterprise environment.
2 years of experience with containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes.
2 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
4 years of experience in automation via scripting and API development.
3 years of experience in software development in the cloud.
Enterprise-level knowledge of the Atlassian Cloud Suite and its features.
Proficiency in REST APIs and integration techniques for Atlassian products.
Experience with Python programming.
Understanding of networking concepts and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and best practices.
