Required Technical / Functional Skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature delivery in distributed systems
• Own technical design, development, deployment, and support of scalable solutions
• Write high-quality code and perform code reviews to ensure performance and reliability
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams
• Mentor and manage onshore and offshore teams
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution across environments
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backend development / distributed systems
• Strong hands-on programming in Java
• Proven experience leading delivery and coordinating global teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
