Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, leveraging the Spring framework to create scalable applications.
• Utilize SQL and Oracle databases for data storage and manipulation, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Conduct automation and unit testing to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Implement NoSQL solutions, such as Cassandra and DynamoDB, to address specific project needs.
• Participate in Java cloud development, including AWS services and Kubernetes platform deployments (preferred).
• Develop reusable code components, enforce coding standards, and perform thorough code reviews.
• Provide key recommendations for process improvements and software enhancement.
• Stay informed about industry technology trends and best practices in cloud and data solutions.

Required Skills/Experience

• 5-8 years of IT experience, specifically in software development.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and practices.
• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE tech stack and the Spring framework.
• Solid experience with SQL, Oracle databases, XML, SPLUNK, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of automation and unit testing frameworks.
