Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support for Java microservices and applications built using Spring Boot.
  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot databases such as MongoDB, RDS, and Oracle.
  • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized applications running on Amazon EKS clusters.
  • Manage and support Salesforce applications using Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Perform APEX coding, develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), and handle API integrations and Flows.
  • Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Web-to-Case, Assignment Rules, and Experience Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot Kafka messaging issues effectively.
  • Support Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications like deFI and FISERV products.
  • Manage AWS infrastructure services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, and Kubernetes.
  • Automate infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Troubleshoot and support Linux and Windows-based systems.
  • Use AWS CLI and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and operational tasks.
  • Follow best practices in cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and application support as required by customers.
  • Track issues and progress through JIRA and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience supporting Java microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Oracle, and AWS RDS databases.
  • Proficient in container orchestration with Amazon EKS (Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud features including Web-to-Case and Assignment Rules.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting Kafka-related issues.
  • Familiarity with COTS applications such as deFI and FISERV.
  • Strong AWS skills, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and CloudFormation).
  • Ability to troubleshoot both Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency with AWS CLI and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Salesforce Developer I and Developer II certifications are mandatory.
  • AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect preferred.
  • Experience in automation using relevant tools and technologies.
