Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize features and resolve blockers.
• Provide guidance on full-stack development (Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js), microservices, and database integration.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
• Identify risks, mitigate roadblocks, and ensure high standards of code quality and testing.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer/Lead with strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js), microservices, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proven experience leading Agile teams, conducting Scrum ceremonies, and using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and ability to resolve conflicts and drive team success.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a Project Management or Scrum Master role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
