We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead with 7-12 years of advanced Java experience to drive and lead projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, and Oracle, with strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL and database concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Java 8/11, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build and manage RESTful Web Services and integrate Kafka for real-time messaging.
• Gather business requirements, create design documents, and collaborate with the team for development.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of Java experience with expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Spring MVC, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Java 8/11, Kafka, and strong database management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Reactive Java Programming (Spring Webflux).
• Experience with Maven, Git, and CLM domain knowledge.
