Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Java Application Support and Issue Troubleshooting.
  • Investigation and handling of issues escalated to L1, and L2 support.
  • Review Splunk logs and application container logs, and create Splunk queries, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Escalate and Coordinate with other teams in case of application abnormalities and failures.
  • Ensure analysis of technical issues and their resolutions be performed as per best practices committed to the client.
  • Monitored ticket tracking tool for SR, Incidents, and Problem management and maintained the SLA process.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Hands-on programming experience in Java-based web applications, Java, JEE, Spring framework, and RESTful Services.
  • Strong Knowledge of Splunk, analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in database systems including Oracle, Cassandra, other NOSQL technologies.
  • Production Support Experience, Monitoring tools, and On-call support.
