Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Java Application Support and Issue Troubleshooting.
 
- Investigation and handling of issues escalated to L1, and L2 support.
 
- Review Splunk logs and application container logs, and create Splunk queries, alerts, and dashboards.
 
- Escalate and Coordinate with other teams in case of application abnormalities and failures.
 
- Ensure analysis of technical issues and their resolutions be performed as per best practices committed to the client.
 
- Monitored ticket tracking tool for SR, Incidents, and Problem management and maintained the SLA process.
 
 
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
 
- Hands-on programming experience in Java-based web applications, Java, JEE, Spring framework, and RESTful Services.
 
- Strong Knowledge of Splunk, analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
 
- Proficiency in database systems including Oracle, Cassandra, other NOSQL technologies.
 
- Production Support Experience, Monitoring tools, and On-call support.
