We are seeking an experienced JAMF Pro / MDM Engineer with strong expertise in Apple device management, automation, scripting, and security. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Apple device deployments, with strong hands-on knowledge of JAMF Pro and MDM technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage JAMF Pro for large-scale Apple device environments.
- Manage deployments and lifecycle of macOS/iOS Apple devices, including environments of 85,000+ devices.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using JAMF Pro.
- Build and maintain API integrations for device management and automation.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash and zsh.
- Create scripts for device configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks.
- Implement Apple device security policies, including certificates, encryption, compliance, and access controls.
- Monitor device compliance and troubleshoot MDM-related issues.
- Support JAMF Pro configuration, policies, profiles, applications, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain automation and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with MDM.
- Advanced JAMF Pro administration and automation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apple/macOS device management.
- Intermediate to advanced Bash and zsh scripting.
- Experience with JAMF APIs and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Apple device security, certificates, encryption, and compliance.
