Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational IVR systems, focusing on user experience and functionality.
• Code and integrate systems with Amazon Lex, Nuance, Voiceflow, or Dialogflow.
• Create high-level design plans and continuously enhance design features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Provide necessary documentation and training for team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in designing conversational voice response systems.
• Proficiency in Amazon Lex, with additional experience in Nuance, Voiceflow, or Dialogflow.
• Strong coding skills and experience with relevant programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
