Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end change and release management processes.
• Assess, schedule, and coordinate change requests with cross-functional teams.
• Manage CAB meetings and maintain documentation, logs, and compliance reports.
• Plan and execute releases, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 9+ years in ITSM with 5+ years in Change/Release Management in BFSI.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL; certifications like ITIL, PROSCI, or PMP preferred.
• Proficient in tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
