Job Description: 

• The purpose of the M&A IT Workstream Lead is to support the overall M&A team, covering all aspects of the IT transaction.
• The Candidate will execute projects and deliver to the Client within the agreed upon budget and schedule. 

 

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):  

• Lead the development and  delivery of detailed project plans to achieve the Project objectives. 
• Manage the IT Workstream of the overall Transaction team, setting clear objectives, setting milestones, and giving direction in respect of delivery priorities.  
• Provide regular written and oral presentations of the Project status updates on the Project progress including relevant metrics demonstrating progress and updates on risks and issues.  
• Lead the development and assessment of TSA’s. 
• Workstream Lead should work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, delivery teams and customers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of projects under their control.  
• Workstream Lead will work as part of the Presales team both to present client delivery capability and credentials and to develop the resource plans, project budget and outline delivery plans to successfully deliver the project.

 

Key Skills and Knowledge: 

• Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years’ IT project experience, out of which three (3) should have been in an M&A Project Management role.  
• Candidate must have experience of leading teams and demonstrate a track record of delivery, delivering robust end-to-end solutions that meet and exceed the Client expectations on time and on budget.  
• Candidate should have the ability to build excellent relationships with the Client and other key stakeholders / suppliers to ensure their expectations are managed, issues can be resolved by mutual cooperation, and they achieve a position of trusted advisor.  
• Candidate should be able to demonstrate exceptional management skills to be able to guide and motivate external and internal teams to deliver to the agreed schedule. 
• Candidate should have experience of SAP.  
• Candidate should have strong communication skills both written and verbal to be able to deliver compelling and complete project status reports. 
• Candidate should have had experience of planning, resourcing, and budgeting for a delivery project.  
• Candidate should be a self-starter with a positive, “Can do” attitude who is adept at problem solving and delivering the required project objectives. 

 

Experience: 

• Candidate must have experience from two (2) end-to-end SAP implementations – one of which must have been in the Data Lead role.
