We are seeking two entry-level IT Technicians to support a Next Generation technology rollout involving laptop and mobile device upgrades and deployments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with laptop and mobile device upgrades, deployments, and replacements.
- Prepare, configure, and test laptops, smartphones, and related IT equipment.
- Install required software, applications, updates, and security configurations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deployed, replaced, and assigned devices.
- Support device setup, data migration, and user onboarding as required.
- Follow IT deployment procedures, security standards, and project guidelines.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT support teams.
- Provide professional and timely support to end users during the rollout.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level IT experience, internship, or relevant technical training.
- Basic knowledge of Windows laptops, mobile devices, and common IT applications.
- Understanding of basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and deployment procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle and deploy IT equipment safely and efficiently.
