Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-level Service Desk support (85% remote, 15% desk-side)
• Troubleshoot Windows systems, hardware, and software issues
• Support users with DUO, NetMotion, and network connectivity
• Deploy MECM images and software (GUI, Headless, Task Sequences)
• Update hardware/software data in Manifest
• Assist users with OS, apps, utilities, and hardware
• Image, install, and relocate IT equipment

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Active Directory or identity management systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle changing priorities
• Proven experience in a Windows environment
