Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve hardware/software issues and assist with network connectivity, identity management, and end-user troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, application, and hardware issues. Deploy software and hardware via MECM, including manual and task sequence-based installations.
  • Image, install, and configure IT equipment. Update hardware/software assignments in Manifest.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for issue resolution and system setups.
  • Manage changing priorities and respond to urgent support needs.

 

Required Skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS and applications.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DUO, NetMotion, and MECM.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional).
  • Experience with system imaging and deployment tools.
