Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and support of the SuccessFactors system, including user administration, security roles, permissions, and hierarchy management
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and best practices. 
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff and end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the system 
• Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Oversee data imports, exports, and data exchange processes to ensure accurate data flow between the system and other HR applications
• Maintain data privacy and security by company policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Compensation and Employee Central experience
• Manage and support the SuccessFactors system, including user administration, security roles, permissions, and hierarchy management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of [8] years of experience in IT systems administration, with a strong focus on HRIS management.
• Proven experience managing and supporting the SuccessFactors system, including Compensation and Employee Central modules.
• Experience with user account management, security roles, and permissions.
• Ability to configure and maintain complex systems, including handling system updates and troubleshooting issues.
• Proficiency in managing data quality, integration, and reporting.
