Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
• Assist in setting up new user accounts and managing permissions and passwords.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Maintain IT assets and document incidents and resolutions using a ticketing system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and basic networking concepts (LAN, VPN).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
