Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, and data center operation teams, to facilitate effective issue resolution
  • Support on prem systems like Skype for Business and Exchange 2016.
  • Supporting Skype for Business/Teams and troubleshooting call quality issues.
  • Troubleshooting Intune issues and creating new policies.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and it’s interaction with Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of M365 Teams/Groups/Video/Delve/Power BI.
  • Advanced skills managing M365 using PowerShell.
  • Experience with Azure AD user management both for M365 and third-party services.
  • Support of M365 mobile applications.
  • The ability to multitask using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Mature and self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Capability to work as an effective member of a global team.
  • Ability to relate the goals of IT service delivery to business goals.
  • Ability to own, communicate and drive resolution in a timely manner to meet customer SLA's. 


  • 5+ years of experience with Exchange (on premise/online) administration.
  • 2+ years of Office 365 (over 1000 users) administration experience.
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Windows Server administration experience.
  • Office 365 or any other Microsoft certifications a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience with M365 migration tools.
  • Experienced and well versed in all Microsoft environments.
  • Programming languages and scripting languages related to platform.
  • Strong work ethic, with a passion to determine root cause of problems/issues
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
