Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce release and testing activities
• Define and manage test plans, test cases, and quality assurance processes
• Develop and maintain technical and release documentation
• Support deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows
• Monitor system health, analyze issues, and implement maintenance procedures
• Apply best practices for scalability, performance, and supportability
• Support estimation, planning, and Agile (Kanban) delivery activities

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT systems analysis and enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of SaaS and packaged application principles
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills

Preferred

• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (SD / OTC)
• Experience with Pricefx
• Agile / Kanban experience
