We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role requires end-to-end project ownership, from planning through execution, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for complex IT projects, including implementations, migrations, and process improvement initiatives
• Drive cross-functional transformation efforts aligned with business and technology goals
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and mitigate risks
• Establish and maintain project governance, structure, timelines, and communication plans
• Provide project transparency through regular updates, dashboards, and status reporting
• Adapt to changing priorities and assignments based on organizational needs and individual strengths

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant education and/or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) considered a plus
