Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Broadcom DX NetOps solutions for network monitoring (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless).
• Integrate Broadcom DX NetOps solutions with other products like Infrastructure Manager (UIM) and AIOps (Operational Intelligence Dashboard).
• Integrate with third-party systems such as Remedy Service Desk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network monitoring issues.
• Document configurations, provide training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in installing and supporting Broadcom (CA) DX NetOps solutions (Spectrum, PM, NFA).
• Experience in network system monitoring and integration with third-party tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred

• Broadcom (CA) NetOps certification.
• Knowledge of network protocols and architectures.
