Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business units.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Drive product roadmap and ensure continuous improvement of Workday modules.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Workday HCM, Finance, or other Workday modules.
• Proven track record of managing IT product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
