Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end IT automation workflows using BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) / BMC Helix.
  • Build and maintain incident, event, remediation, and change orchestration workflows integrated with ITSM platforms.
  • Develop MuleSoft APIs and workflows for system integrations and event-driven automation.
  • Integrate MuleSoft, BMC Helix, and Tanium platforms for closed-loop operational automation.
  • Engineer and optimize Tanium sensors, packages, actions, and saved questions for endpoint visibility and remediation.
  • Automate patching, compliance enforcement, and vulnerability remediation using Tanium orchestration workflows.
  • Implement alert-to-remediation automation processes to reduce MTTR and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure orchestration workflows comply with enterprise security, audit, and access control requirements.
  • Create reusable automation modules, templates, and operational runbooks.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows for reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations, SRE, Security, Infrastructure, and Platform teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, operational procedures, and support processes.
Required Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in IT Automation, Orchestration, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Operations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) / BMC Helix.
  • Experience developing orchestration modules, workflows, adapters, and automation rules.
  • Proven experience with MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform / Mule ESB) APIs and workflow integrations.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with the Tanium platform and core endpoint management modules.
  • Ability to create and optimize Tanium sensors, packages, and saved questions.
  • Experience automating endpoint management, patching, compliance, and remediation processes.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
  • Scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent automation languages.
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring, event management, and ITSM platforms.
  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk, Prometheus, or enterprise observability platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of security automation and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
