Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Use monitoring tools to detect and respond to issues proactively.
• Respond to and resolve IT incidents and outages, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of issues.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patching, updates, and backups
• Optimize IT infrastructure performance by analyzing system metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements
• Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g.,c, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus.
• Minimum of [9] years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in managing servers and network devices (e.g., routers, switches).
• Experience with monitoring and management tools.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
