Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Lead Analyst to serve as a vital liaison among our data management, EDI, and server/ecosystem teams. This role is essential in facilitating communication, coordinating operations, and ensuring streamlined processes across various teams. The IT Lead Analyst will manage and prioritize customer requests, support timelines, and oversee workloads while acting as a project management and operational support resource for the Order Management team.
Responsibilities
- Track the status of projects, ensuring that timelines are met and resources are allocated appropriately to support various initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and generate reports to provide visibility into team performance, operational metrics, and project updates.
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and implement best practices across the organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster effective communication among data management, EDI, and technical teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive project success.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog of customer requests, ensuring that necessary resources are allocated to meet business needs.
- Serve as a project management and operational support resource for the Order Management team, acting as a right-hand support to the OM manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fast-paced technical environments, preferably within the supply chain, eCommerce, or retail domain.
- Strong understanding of project management processes, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project statuses effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure deadlines are met by actively monitoring project progress and providing necessary assistance to team members.
- Proficient in developing professional presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project timelines and updates clearly.
- Familiarity with EDI/order management processes is preferred, enabling effective communication and collaboration with technical teams.
