Core Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of IT integration for acquisitions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation.
• Build relationships with local IT leaders and enterprise teams to align on system capabilities and troubleshoot integration challenges.
• Oversee vendor relationships, scope definition, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful integration.
• Work with clinical and operational leaders to ensure IT integration meets both technical and business needs.
• Ensure data management practices align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years in IT leadership roles within healthcare, with experience in system integrations (EHR, ancillary systems).
• Strong project management, vendor management, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulatory compliance.
