IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale technology transformation and infrastructure initiatives. The role will be responsible for planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, financial tracking, and execution across multiple technology workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs involving infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, data center transformation, application migration, and enterprise technology initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

*Lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution for complex technology transformation initiatives.
*Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and implementation plans.
*Coordinate across Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Compute, Resiliency, Enterprise Architecture, and other technical teams.
*Manage multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
*Establish and maintain project governance, RAID logs, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
*Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, dashboards, and project updates.
*Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, stakeholder reviews, and decision-making forums.
*Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and overall financial performance.
*Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
*Drive issue resolution and escalate critical risks, dependencies, and decisions appropriately.
*Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
*Support technology implementation, migration, transition, and deployment activities.
*Maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, and governance artifacts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*5+ years of Project or Program Management experience within technology, infrastructure, or transformation environments.
*Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream technology programs.
*Experience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery schedules.
*Strong experience with project governance, RAID management, planning, and reporting.
*Experience with budget tracking, forecasting, financial management, and cost oversight.
*Experience supporting infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, data center, or enterprise technology programs.
*Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
*Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
*Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
*Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
