IT Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise-wide vulnerability remediation and patching across servers and endpoints
• Perform Active Directory administration, including Tier 0/1 security hardening and access management
• Support and monitor endpoint security platforms and tools
• Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain Citrix / VDI environments
• Support VMware virtualization and NetApp storage infrastructure
• Execute and document change management activities in alignment with compliance standards
• Provide on-site data center support, including hardware validation and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Support data center decommissioning activities, including asset removal and validation
• Assist in workload migration projects, including testing and post-migration validation
• Provide hands-on clinic/on-site support for infrastructure issues requiring physical presence
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and audit-ready operational records

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7+ years in Infrastructure Engineering
• 3–5+ years in vulnerability remediation or security operations
• 3–5+ years of Active Directory administration experience
• 3+ years of experience with endpoint security tools/platforms
• 3+ years of virtualization experience (e.g., VMware)
• 2–3+ years of storage systems experience (e.g., NetApp)
• 2+ years of Citrix or VDI support experience
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages
• Strong ability to perform on-site and data center operational support

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data center migration and decommissioning projects
• Knowledge of NetApp ONTAP or similar storage platforms
• Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools
• Experience with security analysis tools (e.g., BloodHound)
• Experience in regulated or healthcare environments
• Backup and recovery platform experience
• Strong documentation, audit, and compliance reporting skills
