We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide comprehensive field support and manage network implementations across our Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) and Dedicated Transportation Solutions locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with Meraki solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the ordering, installation, and tracking of IT services (adds/moves/changes) for SCS and Dedicated Transportation Solutions locations.
- Provide advanced (third-level) IT support for field locations, including troubleshooting and resolution of:
- Network access issues, WI-FI, and Internet connectivity
- PC hardware and software problems
- Printers, handheld computers, and scanner guns
- Other IT devices utilized across the network
- Build and maintain strong technical and business relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation and operational support.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for large, cross-functional projects, perform feasibility studies, and translate requirements into effective IT solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate project activities and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Meraki networking solutions
- Proven ability to manage IT service deployments across multiple locations
- Strong technical support background with field devices and enterprise IT systems
- Experience in collecting business requirements, performing feasibility studies, and designing IT solutions
